oExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused Under the direction of the General Manager, the AGM is responsible to support the GM in managing the restaurant's daily operations, including, but not limited to:
oOverseeing restaurant's daily operations oMaintain day-to-day financial controls oCreate and manage staff schedules oInterview, hire, train and orientate team oOversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
oExercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management oEnsure health and safety inspections and standards are met oSet the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant Recommended Skills Decision Making Facility Management Finance Maintenance Occupational Safety And Health Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
