Clinical Engineering Manager I (TriMedx)

The Clinical Engineering Manager I leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TriMedx Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
This position manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop colleagues, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and the TriMedx Central Office.
The Clinical Engineering Manager I also directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures that TriMedx services are in compliance with regulatory standards.
This position includes a hands-on service component in general biomedical support.
Requirements Education and Work Experienceo Associates degree in electronics or related technical discipline requiredo Bachelor's degree in engineering or technological field preferredo Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE preferredo Minimum 3 years experience managing in a clinical engineering environment ResponsibilitiesLeadership (30%)o Apply knowledge and experience of technology and/or equipment to oversee site operations and provide direction to otherso Motivate others through praise, recognition, and rewardso Manage personnel by staffing and scheduling technicians in a manner that assures the best service possibleo Coach and mentor technicians by providing feedback on performance and documentation habitso Develop others to continuously achieve long and short term business resultsAdminister MEMP to Key Performance Measures (25%)o Manage Service Operations functions, such as service contracts and resources.
Document the demand labor, demand parts, labor, contracts, labor, and partso Answer questions and meet with others to discern the root cause of technological/process problems o Manage inventory of shop supplieso Develop service strategies with an outlook of continuous process improvement and provide metrics to TriMedx Central Officeo Manage Joint Commission inspections and make sure open work orders are made a priority and that performance assurance inspections are documentedAccount Management & Development (20%)o Build and maintain relationships with customers by employing interpersonal and conflict management skillso Effectively collaborate with customers and vendors to develop win-win solutionso Monitor each modality after setting financial and performance benchmarkso Identify and pursue opportunities for business entryo Manage financial performanceFunctional/Technical Serviceo Perform scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on medical devices o Install and calibrate medical deviceso Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs of medical equipmento Advise users of equipment status and ensure all service and documentation is complete, timely, and accurateo Complete Incoming Inspections (II) to maintain a complete and accurate inventory of medical devicesKnowledgeo Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications requiredo Ability to manage day-to-day and long term site operationso Ability to lead, motivate, and develop otherso Ability to perform basic financial analysis and calculate budgets, revenue, and costso Occasionally required to bend, crouch, climb, balance, or otherwise maneuver body to perform equipment and/or environment of care inspectionso Frequently required to grab, grasp, or otherwise handle tools to service medical devices and/or mentor technicianso Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
